He told her she should have met him outside the hotel but when she tried to find him he wasn't there. He then told her he was going to get another fare.

"I was not aware of the procedure with Meet and greet. The driver was not in the treminal and had not realised he had left a phone message whie my phone was on Flight Mode. We eventualy met in th waiting area after about 10 minutes.
The driver and the service in general was excellent.
